The experience consists of a 10-minute self-guided tour through the ambulatory of the church, an opportunity to explore the unique architecture of the illuminated space, and a seated 40-minute show in the nave.

Yes, there will be one chair per person in the nave after the journey through the ambulatory.

Yes, it is possible to take photos and videos. However, cameras and telephoto lenses are prohibited. The use of flash is also strictly prohibited. We also ask you to dim the brightness of your phones during the show.

Tickets are generally non-refundable, and the non-refundable ticket conditions are agreed upon before purchase. However, under special circumstances, you can contact our customer service through this form. Our team will do their best to assist you. Make sure to include your ticket number, and keep in mind that response times may be a few days!Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before the start time of the experience indicated on your originally purchased ticket. It is not necessary to print your ticket. However, you need to have the digital or physical PDF document at the entrance of the venue for the staff to validate the code.
